Follow this guide to make sure your artwork prints exactly as designed.
File requirements
- Format: PNG with a transparent background
- Resolution: 300 DPI at final print size
- Colour mode: RGB (we convert to print-ready CMYK + white underbase)
- Max file size: [NEEDS INPUT]
Design tips
- Avoid pure black text under 6pt — fine details can lose sharpness when pressed
- Leave at least 3–5mm of space around each design when placing multiple designs on a gang sheet
- White ink is automatically applied as an underbase — no need to add a white layer yourself
- Outline or embed fonts before uploading; we can't edit missing fonts
Common rejections
- Low-resolution or pixelated files
- Copyrighted or trademarked artwork without permission
- Files with a visible background colour instead of transparency
