Terms of service

Welcome to DTF Complete. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of dtfcomplete.com.au (the "Site") and your purchase of products and services from DTF Complete, a registered business name (ABN 38 617 235 337) of QT Management Pty Ltd ("DTF Complete", "we", "us", "our").
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
1. Using our Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent/guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order, and to keep your login details secure. We may refuse service, cancel orders, or suspend accounts at our discretion — for example, where we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.
2. Products, pricing and account tiers
Product prices are displayed on the Site in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. We publish our pricing tiers openly on our Pricing page, including:
- Standard pricing — our standard rate and production timeframe.
- Same-day packing — orders that meet the conditions in our Shipping Policy are packed and ready to ship the same day. This is currently included at no extra cost, until further notice. If that changes, we'll give notice on the Site before the change takes effect, and any charge will be shown at checkout before you pay.
- Trade Account pricing — a discounted rate available to customers who complete our Trade Application, including ABN verification. Approval is instant once your ABN is verified — no minimum order history is required. We may decline or revoke Trade Account status at our discretion, including where the information you've provided can't be verified.
We take reasonable care to display accurate pricing, but if a pricing or listing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
VIP Gift Card and lifetime cashback program
We offer two ways to earn ongoing value on top of our standard and Trade Account pricing, available to Retail and Trade Account customers alike:
- VIP Gift Card — an optional prepaid card (see our VIP page). You choose an amount to pay upfront and receive a bonus credit on top. The bonus rate is set by our current promotion and shown before you pay — it isn't a fixed rate and may change from time to time. Each VIP Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; the expiry date is shown in your Gift Card email, and any balance not used by then expires.
- VIP Lifetime Cashback — a free membership you join through the Rewards button on the Site. Once you've joined, you earn cashback points on the amount you actually pay us, at a rate based on your total spend since joining: 5% (Silver) from your first order after joining, 10% (Gold) once your total spend reaches $5,000, and 15% (Platinum) once it reaches $15,000. Orders placed before you join don't earn points and don't count towards a tier. Cashback applies to real payments — including a VIP Gift Card purchase — but not when you later spend a gift card or cashback balance on an order, since that isn't a new payment. Once you reach a tier, your rate doesn't reduce due to a change in ordering frequency, and your cashback points don't expire.
VIP Gift Card balances (while the card is valid) and cashback points can be used on future orders at any pricing tier you're eligible for (including Trade Account pricing). Neither is paid as cash, and neither can be transferred or exchanged for cash. Cashback points are redeemed as a discount code. A redeemed code is valid for 24 hours from the time you redeem it, and an unused code expires after that time. Your points themselves don't expire. The program details published on our VIP Gift Card and VIP Lifetime Cashback pages form part of these Terms.
3. Orders and payment
Orders are placed and paid for via our Site, using the payment methods available at checkout (such as card payments through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and gift card balance, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay or Zip where they are offered at checkout). Payment is required in full before production begins. Once you place an order, you're agreeing to purchase the item(s) at the listed price.
Packing and delivery timeframes are set out in our Shipping Policy. Our packing timeframes apply under normal operating conditions. Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carriers, not guarantees, and may be affected by factors outside our control (including courier delays).
4. Your artwork and intellectual property
Your artwork. You retain ownership of any artwork, designs or files you upload to us ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant DTF Complete a limited, non-exclusive licence to reproduce, print and process Your Content solely for the purpose of producing and fulfilling your order.
Your responsibility. You confirm that you own, or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to use and reproduce, Your Content, and that Your Content doesn't infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights, and isn't unlawful, defamatory or offensive. We don't check submitted files for copyright ownership, and we print files as supplied.
We may decline to print any order that we reasonably believe infringes a third party's rights or breaches these Terms.
Our content. All content on the Site (excluding Your Content) — including text, graphics, logos and the DTF Complete name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy or exploit any part of the Site without our written permission.
5. Print production and self-application
We print files as supplied. It's your responsibility to make sure your artwork meets any file requirements provided on the Site (e.g. resolution and file format) before ordering — we're not able to guarantee results from low-resolution or incorrectly prepared files, and we don't proof or edit customer artwork as part of standard production.
Minor variations in colour and print placement can occur due to differences between screen display (RGB) and print output (CMYK), and normal production tolerances. If exact colour matching is critical to your order, we recommend ordering a sample first.
Where a product (such as a gang sheet) is designed to be heat-pressed by you onto a garment or substrate, the quality of the final applied result depends on your equipment, technique and settings. Once a transfer has been applied, we're not able to accept liability for outcomes caused by the application process — see our Refund Policy for what is and isn't covered.
6. Returns and refunds
Our approach to returns, refunds and reprints — including what's covered as a production defect and how to make a claim — is set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 9).
7. Cancellations
Because every order is custom-printed to your file, we begin production as soon as your order and artwork are received, and we can't offer a guaranteed cancellation window. Contact hello@dtfcomplete.com.au as soon as possible and we'll confirm the status of your job.
Where production hasn't started, you can cancel and choose either 100% of your order value as store credit (no fee), or a refund to your original payment method less a 10% cancellation fee — see our Return & Refund Policy for details of what that fee covers. Once production has started, orders can't be cancelled or refunded, as they've already been custom-produced to your file.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to Section 9 (Australian Consumer Law) below, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order is limited, at our option, to reprinting the order or refunding the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data, arising from your use of the Site or your order.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure doesn't amount to a major failure.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold DTF Complete, its officers, employees and agents harmless from any claim, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal costs) arising from: (a) Your Content or your breach of Section 4; (b) your breach of these Terms; or (c) your misuse of the Site or your order.
11. Privacy
Our collection and handling of your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or placement of an order after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
