Inside our production floor

The equipment behind every transfer

A connected print, powder, cure and quality-control workflow turns approved artwork into press-ready DTF transfers. Each stage has one job: keep the result clean, consistent and ready for your heat press.

The production line

Every stage protects the next one.

Good DTF output is not created by one machine alone. It comes from controlling the complete path—from the file entering the queue to the finished roll leaving the line.

    01 / PRE-FLIGHT

    Artwork preparation

Before ink reaches film, the file is checked for sizing, transparency and layout. The production file is then prepared for the print queue so the supplied artwork stays connected to the order.

    • Final dimensions reviewed
    • Transparency and edge check
    • Gang sheet layout confirmed

    Colour and white-ink printing

The image is built in colour with a white-ink layer on transfer film. Controlled film movement and ink delivery help preserve fine artwork, solid coverage and clean registration.

    • Colour and white layers aligned
    • Film feed monitored
    • Print condition checked through the run
  3. Close-up of cured adhesive powder on a printed transferPOWDER · CURE
    03 / POWDER + CURE

    Adhesive application and curing

Adhesive powder is applied to the printed layer, excess powder is removed, and the transfer passes through controlled heat. This sets the adhesive without turning curing into guesswork.

    • Even adhesive coverage
    • Loose powder removed
    • Continuous curing workflow

    Inspect, finish and pack

The completed transfer is reviewed before it is prepared for dispatch. We look for obvious print, cure and handling issues so problems are caught here—not after you load your press.

    • Surface and edge inspection
    • Order details matched
    • Protected for delivery
