The practical answers.
Sheet size, artwork, pressing, timing, delivery thresholds and cancellation—kept together for a quicker decision.
What size are your gang sheets?
Gang sheets are 58 cm wide. Choose the length that suits the amount of artwork you need to print.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, AI, SVG, WEBP, TIFF, BMP and GIF files in the online design builder. For a print-ready gang sheet upload, supply a PNG, a one-page PDF or a one-page AI file. Artwork must be at least 300 DPI; 400 DPI is recommended. A transparent background is recommended, not required, and artwork is printed as supplied.
How do I press DTF and DTP transfers?
If you already have settings that work on your press, keep using them. For reference, our workshop runs DTF at 150°C for 5 seconds at medium pressure and DTP at 130°C for 4 seconds at 3.0 bar. Both are hot peel with a second press, and no parchment, baking paper or finishing sheet is required.
How fast is turnaround?
Typical turnaround is 24 hours. Paid, artwork-approved gang sheet orders up to 20 m, placed before 11am AEST/AEDT, Monday–Friday, are printed, checked and packed the same day.
When is shipping free?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Express shipping is free on orders of $250 or more. Both thresholds include GST.
Can I cancel an order?
You can cancel before production starts. Choose 100% store credit with no fee, or a refund to the original card less a 10% fee. There is no fixed cancellation window; production status determines whether cancellation is available.
