- The Gift Card is activated after successful payment and sent to the email address supplied at checkout.
- The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The balance can be used over multiple orders until it is fully spent or the card expires. The expiry date is shown in your Gift Card email.
- Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Gift Card.
- The bonus credit cannot be combined with another product or order discount unless expressly stated. Eligible shipping discounts may still apply.

How do I receive the bonus?+

Does the Gift Card expire?+
Yes. Your Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, and the expiry date is shown in your Gift Card email. Use the balance across as many orders as you like within that time.
When can I use it?+
Immediately after successful payment. Shopify activates the Gift Card and emails the code automatically.
Can I use only part of the balance?+
Yes. Enter the Gift Card code at checkout. Any remaining balance stays available for a future order.
