Press settings are a reference point, not a rule. They depend on your press and your fabric — if you already have settings that work for you, keep using them, and test an unfamiliar garment first.

These are the settings we run in our own workshop, given as a reference point. Every heat press and fabric behaves differently, so if you already have settings that work for you, keep using them — and test an unfamiliar garment before a full production run.

What is the difference between DTF and DTP?

DTF transfers are printed on PET film; DTP transfers are printed on a paper carrier. Both use the same artwork, the same 58 cm width and the same 10 cm size steps. DTP presses at a lower temperature than DTF. Order a free sample pack to compare both on your own press.

Can one sheet contain different designs and sizes?

Yes. A gang sheet can combine different artwork, sizes and repeat quantities within the selected sheet area. Review every placement before checkout.

Do gang sheets include garments or pressing?

No. This ordering path supplies printed transfers for you to cut and apply. Use Fulfilment & Uniforms if you need finished garments.

What should I check before pressing?

Use a compatible heat press and confirm the garment can tolerate the process. Our reference settings are listed under Production specification on this page: DTF presses at 150°C for 5 seconds, DTP at 130°C for 4 seconds. Adjust for your own press and fabric, and test an unfamiliar garment first.
