Order custom DTF gang sheets printed in Australia and shipped Australia-wide. Arrange your artwork online, or upload a layout you have already finished — both options are on this page, so you do not need to decide before you start.
Two ways to order your DTF gang sheet
- Create Design — upload your individual logos and designs, then resize, duplicate and arrange them in the online gang sheet builder. The sheet grows as you add artwork, and you pay for the length you actually use.
- Upload Gang Sheet — already have a complete sheet arranged at its final print size? Upload the finished file and go straight to checkout.
Uploading a finished gang sheet? Choose the size that matches your file before you add it to your cart. In the upload window, the size starts at 58 × 100 cm (1 m) and does not change on its own to match your file. Check the estimated size shown after your file uploads, then select the same length — for example, 58 × 230 cm for a 2.3 m layout. If the size you pay for is shorter than your file, we'll contact you before printing to sort out the difference.
Gang sheet sizes
- 58 cm printable width
- Lengths from 1 metre up to 5 metres
- Length is set in 10 cm steps, so a 1.3 m layout is charged as 1.3 m rather than rounded up to the next full metre
- Choose the gang sheet size that matches your file. If you upload a 2.3 m layout, select the 2.3 m size — a shorter size will not fit your artwork.
Artwork requirements
- Accepted file types in the design builder: PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF, AI, SVG, WEBP, TIFF, BMP and GIF
- For a print-ready gang sheet upload, supply a PNG, a one-page PDF or a one-page AI file
- Prepare artwork at a minimum of 300 DPI at the intended print size. 400 DPI is recommended.
- A transparent background is recommended. Artwork is printed as supplied.
- Use RGB colour mode
- Avoid semi-transparent elements
- Avoid extremely thin lines or fonts below 5 px (approximately 0.5 mm)
- Check the size, spacing and orientation of every design before ordering
How to press DTF transfers
150 °C · 5 seconds · medium pressure · hot peel · press again for 5 seconds. No cover sheet or parchment paper is needed.
If you already have settings that work on your press, keep using them. These are the settings we run in production, shared for reference — every press and fabric is a little different.
Printing and dispatch
DTF transfers are printed in Australia with a typical 24-hour turnaround and shipped Australia-wide. Paid, artwork-approved orders up to 20 m placed before 11am AEST/AEDT, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day dispatch.
What is a DTF gang sheet?
A gang sheet is a single sheet of DTF transfer film with many designs arranged on it, printed as one piece. Grouping your designs onto one sheet uses the full 58 cm width instead of leaving film empty around a single print, which is why gang sheets are the usual way to order DTF transfers in volume. You cut the designs apart yourself and apply them with a heat press.
