Is the Free Sample Pack really free?

Yes. The transfer samples are $0. Add the pack to cart and pay only delivery: $10 standard or $15 express.

Can I send my own artwork for the free transfer pack?

No. The free pack uses selected sample artwork so you can test print quality and application. Custom artwork belongs in a paid DTF or DTP gang sheet.

Do I need a heat press?

A proper heat press is recommended for even heat and pressure. Household irons and small craft presses may not give a reliable production test.

Does placing an order guarantee availability?

Packs are subject to availability and the stated eligibility rules. Duplicate or ineligible orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
